Company Policies & House Rules

Huxdotter Coffee enforces the following policies when visiting any of our locations. There are zero exceptions to these policies, and management will remove customers who violate these policies.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside our cafes.

• No pets are allowed inside our cafes. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. (Pets are allowed on out outside patio, and must remain outside while ordering).

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on Huxdotter properties, in our drive-thru lines, or at the drive-thru window.

• Any customers causing nuisances to other customers or staff will be asked to leave. We do not allow loud or unattended children to disturb other customers in the cafe.

• We have a zero tolerance exception to disrespect for our staff. If you need something fixed or we made a mistake, please address them politely.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Audio and video recording are taking place to enforce these policies, and the safety of staff and customers.
