+ What is your phone number?

We do not have a physical phone in the store for staff to answer. Please direct all inquiries through the form on our website and we will be able to assist you from there.

+ I received the wrong or incorrect item, can you fix it?

Mistakes happen, and our staff will be happy to help resolve any issues you have with your order in-person at our coffee shop.

+ I have a large event, can you provide coffee/food for it?

We are not accepting large orders at this time, sorry for the inconvenience.

+ Do you sell gift cards or merchandise?

Yes we do, however, the transaction must take place in-person at our store - we cannot load gift cards remotely. We do not ship gift cards, retail coffee, merchandise or offer e-gift cards at this time.

+ Do you sell retail or wholesale coffee?

We do not ship or sell retail or wholesale coffee online at this time. 12 oz retail bags of coffee are available at each Huxdotter location for purchase.

+ Do you take reservations for tables and private parties?

Not at this time, all seating is available on a first come first serve basis. We also do not allow parties to hold tables for a long period of time before all guest arrive.

+ Do you have nutrition information available on your food and beverages?

Not at this time. As a small business we are not required to provide nutrition information. As much as we'd like to offer this information to customers, it is not sustainable and requires extensive testing and certification.

+ How old do I have to be to apply to Huxdotter?

At this time, all applicants must be at least 18 years or older.
